Rules for Admission

The Management has made the following norms, according to which they will admit or retain pupils in the school. New admissions are subject to availability of seats. Admission is granted to students of transfer cases, depending on the availability of seats in each class. An entrance examination is conducted in the major subjects of the class. The result of the entrance test is displayed on the notice board, on the given date and time. On the basis of merit in this entrance examination, the students are given admission.

Parents/Guardians will be required to fill in the proper admission form and pay all preliminary fees. Date of Birth should be entered in the admission form for admission and once entered cannot be subsequently changed. Incomplete registration form and those without relevant documents will not be accepted.

Date of Birth Certificate  must be submitted

The Original Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation, along with photo copy, has to be submitted at the time of admission in the kindergarten section. In case of Catholics, a Baptism certificate is required.

In case of admission, to other classes, only a certificate countersigned by a competent authority of the concerning school board will be accepted.

Rules for withdrawal

If parents wish to withdraw their child from the school, they should make a formal application for the same, in their own handwriting, using the format in the School dairy. This should be done 3 days before the date of withdrawal of the child.
